A short update on Vance: We visited the orthopedic doctor last Thursday. They took off his cast, X-rayed, and determined that his leg is perfectly fine. He was instructed to resume full activity immediately! Too bad he got the stomach flu and got his fingers slammed in the car door in the same week!!! But he has completely recovered from it all and is back to normal! We are very thankful!
Here is a picture of Vance on his new bike. Let's just say he got an early birthday present. He was ready to move up to a bigger bike, and this just seemed the proper time! Take note of the full face helmet. I refuse to allow any more teeth to be knocked out. At some point, this kid will need a wife......
